There are several methods for completing a waystation certification application: online, by phone, or by filling out a paper application.

Online: You may enter your information in our online waystation application or online waystation and sign bundle and submit through our eStore.

Phone: We would be glad to take your application information over the phone as well. We are in the office Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 6 PM ET and can be reached at 1-800-780-9986.
